Delete Your Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Pawhub account and all associated data directly from the app.
How to delete your account
- Open the Pawhub app and sign in to your account
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down and tap "Remove the account"
- Read the warning and confirm by entering your password
- Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

- Profile information
- Pet profiles & photos
- Chat messages
- Location data
- Match history
- Activity posts
- Adoption listings
- Notification history
- Wallet & PawCoins
- Preferences & settings
Please note:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including pet profiles, photos, chats, and any remaining PawCoins balance, will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device's app store before deleting your account.
Data retention
Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed immediately. Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained. Any data required by law for fraud prevention or legal compliance may be kept for the minimum required period as described in our Privacy Policy.
